Mr Awogbemi is a professional accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has a first degree in Accounting (B.Sc (Hons)) and a Master’s degree from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA). He was inducted into the prestigious professional Accounting body ICAN in May, 2018.
He began his career in the Bursary Department of AAU in 2005 rising to the position of Senior Accountant from where he joined the Bursary Department of University of Medical Sciences Ondo (UNIMED) as a Principal Accountant in 2020. He is assigned to the Office of Research, Innovation and Development (ORID) as one of his schedules in the Bursary Department, of UNIMED.
Mr Awogbemi brings a decade and a half of experience of accounting and financial management to UNIMED and the ORID. Highly motivated, he is a disciplined result-oriented Accountant and a team player.
